What happens after you send the form

We read every request ourselves. There is no call centre and no sales queue: the note goes to the designer who would actually run your project.

  1. Within one business day you receive a short email confirming the visit window and asking for photos, plot boundaries and anything already planted.
  2. The site visit is usually booked 5 to 7 days out in Kyiv, and within 2 to 3 weeks in Lviv, Odesa or Dnipro oblasts, depending on travel distance.
  3. Two days after the visit we send written notes on soil pH, drainage and sun hours, together with the fixed-fee range for the design phases.

Messages sent after 18:00 Kyiv time are answered the next working morning. Weekend requests are covered by email only.

Book a site visit

Send the plot details and we will confirm a survey window. A visit takes 60 to 90 minutes and covers soil pH, drainage, sun hours, and existing planting.

Design and planting works under this registration are carried out by PE frontforceps.com, registered in Kyiv, with a licence issued for landscape and garden services.

Copies of the licence, the policy, and the warranty terms are handed over at the first site visit. Ask for them when you request a site visit.

05 / SERVICE AREA

Gardens across four oblasts

Site visits are booked in three-hour blocks. Travel past the 40 km ring is quoted per kilometre on the survey invoice, so the number on the estimate is the number you pay.

We have designed and planted gardens across Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, and Dnipro oblasts since 2016.

  • Kyiv Oblast40 km radius

    Our base is the Podil office. Surveys inside the ring road are scheduled within five working days.

  • Lviv OblastMonthly trips

    Survey crews travel west once a month, so spring install windows fill first. Book by late February for a May planting.

  • Odesa OblastCoastal plots

    Plots near the sea get a salinity and wind-exposure check before any planting plan is drawn.

  • Dnipro OblastSteppe sites

    Dry, open ground. Drip irrigation is designed in from the first phase rather than added later.
