1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of frontforceps.com (the 'Site') and landscape design services provided by frontforceps.com, a Private Entrepreneur registered in Ukraine (EDRPOU 11284608), at Business Center Podil Plaza, 7 Hlybochytska St, Office 512, Kyiv, 04050, Ukraine. By using the Site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Scope
We provide landscape design services including consultation, design, and project oversight. Estimates are based on information you supply; final pricing may vary after site assessment. We will inform you of changes before work begins.
3. Pricing Transparency
Prices are in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH). We provide written estimates. Payment terms are in the estimate. Initial estimates are free unless stated otherwise.
4. Consumer Rights
Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' of 10.06.2023 No. 3153-IX, you have the right to file complaints with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Dispute resolution mechanisms are available as provided by law.
5. Data Protection and Cookies
We process personal data per the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' of 06.06.2024 No. 3621-IX. Non-essential cookies require prior informed consent under the same law and the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' of 16.12.2020 No. 1089-IX. See our Privacy Policy.
